One thing that I was most shocked about was that even against a completely decimated Rams OL, the Skins were held in total check. Yes, the Rams game plan was to get the ball out of Bradford's hands as quickly as possible, but even when we took away his first read he was able to re-survey the field and easily located the soft spots in out zone.

Really expected more out of this defense, even with two new safeties. We have the same corners as last year, same LBs, same DL. This D should be strong. We didn't have a set group of safeties last year, so I did not expect much of a drop off (in fact i predicted improvement in the secondary due to Wilson's second year in the system and anyone starting at safety that was better than a rookie 7th rounder and Reed Doughty).

If Sunday was any indication, it appears Jim Haslett has no answers for even the slightest issue on defense. If our product on defense doesnt improve, I see Raheem Morris taking over from Has at the end of the year.
