		<description>I think the problem is three fold:  First, Fedex is too big. The only time I ever saw all the seats taken in the stadium was the Virginia Tech / USC game a few years ago. Second, the stadium is not conducive for generating a large amount of noise, there is minimal reverb of the noise from the fans screaming. Third, parking is so bad at the stadium (especially in the hour before the game)that folks have a hard time getting in their seats before the start of the game. 

My solution. Tear down RFK. Build a retractable dome stadium that seats 70K. That should be in line with the demand that Skins Fans have for the tickets.</description>
